User Agreement - Goqu Watermark

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Goqu Watermark mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must read and accept this Agreement before using the App. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

By installing, accessing, or continuing to use the App, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under applicable law.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful personal purposes, subject to this Agreement.

You may use the App on devices you own or are authorized to use.
You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the App without permission.

3. Definitions

"App" means Goqu Watermark and related local features.
"User Content" means images, text, and edits you process through the App.
"We" means the operator and maintainers of Goqu Watermark.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you import, edit, and export.
You must have the legal right to use the images and text you process in the App.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activities.
You are responsible for backing up important files before editing or overwriting images.
You must not attempt to interfere with app security, integrity, or normal operation.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Using the App to violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
Reverse engineering or unauthorized extraction of source logic, except where legally permitted.
Using automated abuse methods to damage app performance or user experience.
Misrepresenting ownership or origin of third-party content processed in the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and software logic, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited where not permitted by law.

7. User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant us no ownership rights over your imported images or added watermark text.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use, storage, and distribution of processed content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

8. Local Data and Privacy

Core editing operations are performed locally on your device. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and permissions.

9. Updates and Feature Changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features to improve security, performance, or compliance. Some changes may alter workflow behavior in later versions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum scope and amount permitted by applicable regulation.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of this Agreement.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate this Agreement, or if required by law. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local law.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
