Goqu Watermark ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile application.

1. Local-Only Processing

Goqu Watermark is designed for offline use. Your images are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a future update, we do not run cloud image analysis, cloud backups, or remote synchronization for your editing content.

2. Information We Access

Photos Access: Used only to let you choose images and save edited results.
Basic App Settings: Stored locally to remember your preferences.
History Data: Watermark history is stored on your device for quick reuse.
Device-Limited Metadata: Minimal technical logs may be generated locally for app stability.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not create user accounts.
We do not collect your personal identity information for analytics.
We do not sell or share your image content with third parties.
We do not build advertising profiles based on your image content.
We do not use your photos to train machine learning models.

4. Data Storage and Retention

App preferences and history are saved locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, this local data may be removed by the operating system.

Retention Scope: Local data remains until you delete it, reset app data, or uninstall the app.
User Control: You can remove edited images and history records directly on your device.
No Central Archive: We do not keep a server-side copy of your image files.

5. Permissions and Purpose

We request only permissions necessary for core functionality and use them solely for the purposes described below:

Photo Library Read Access: To let you import images for watermark editing.
Photo Library Write Access: To save edited results back to your gallery.

If permission is denied, certain features may not work as intended. You can modify permissions at any time in your device settings.

6. Third-Party Services

Goqu Watermark does not require cloud processing for core editing features. If third-party components are used in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We currently do not provide your image content to external data brokers, ad networks, or social platforms.

7. Security Measures

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app integrity. However, no software environment can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing access to your own device.

8. International Use

Because processing is primarily local to your device, data handling depends mostly on your local operating environment and your device configuration. You are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use.

9. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended to collect personal data from children. Because core processing is local and offline, no child-specific personal data is intentionally collected by us.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You can stop using the app at any time.
You can delete local files, exported images, and app history at your discretion.
You can revoke permissions through your device settings whenever you choose.

11. Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in-app or in the application package with a revised effective date.
